Frequently Asked Questions
Do you coach complete beginners or people who just want to have fun?
Yes. We work with players of all ages (our youngest athlete at 5 yrs and oldest at 87yrs) and skill levels. Sessions are adapted to match the player’s ability, goals and development stage.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Yes. Players should bring their own kit. If you do not have one, please contact us before your session. Helmets are required for batting sessions. Balls and training equipment are provided by the academy.
What do you expect from athletes?
Players are expected to demonstrate good behaviour, effort and focus at all times. Disruptive behaviour, disrespect or interference with coaching will not be tolerated, as it affects the experience and development of all athletes.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations or changes must be made in advance. Sessions are subject to lane availability, and rescheduling depends on current bookings.
Can parents watch the session?
Yes. Parents are welcome to observe from designated areas without disrupting coaching or player focus.
What do we expect from parents?
We trust our coaching staff and their ability to deliver structured, professional sessions. To maintain a positive and productive training environment, we ask parents to respect coaching decisions, session structure and feedback. If you have any concerns, please speak directly to our Head Coach.
